Free Beginners
If you’re new to scrapbooking and would like to have a go, or still finding your way, then this is the class for you, here we will explain the principles and techniques behind this highly addictive craft, and help you complete your first page. You will need to bring some photos with you. Although the class is free you will need to pay for materials used.
Cards with Kathy
Kathy teaches some fantastic card classes each month.
In each class, you will use a range of of paper & embellishments plus techniques such as stamping, embossing and more. You get to make 3-4 cards each class.
***Great for the beginner through to the more advanced card maker***
Heritage with Anne
Our Heritage group will be getting together on Mondays & Wednesdays once a month, if you have a special project or just love the old worldly look then join Anne and enjoy.
Jane's page
Each month I will be doing a Janes Page.
One month it is a girl layout & the next month a boys page.
These pages are gorgeous and will look fabulous in your album
Late night Scrap
Twice a month if you’re really keen or have a project you want to complete, you can come and Scrap from 6.00 – 10.00pm. Using our work room and with two fabulous teachers to help, usually Jane and Nat. You’re sure to achieve a lot.
You will need to call the shop to book.
A light supper will be provided.
Travel Club
Join in our travel club -there is always more room for some more “explorers” .....held once a month, the idea of this class is to get your travel photos done before the next trip!!
Usually on a Thursday night check the class schedule.
Whats next
Lots of people who do our free beginners ask "whats next".
This is a follow on to our free beginners.
We show you how to use punches, stamps, different ink pads, embellishments and so much more.
Work Room Free
You can use our work room on days no classes are scheduled.
You will be able to use our tools, punches, corner scissors and many other useful items.
When not serving in the shop, Kathy,Nat, Meg, Sam, Julia or I will be happy to give advice, ideas or help in coordinating papers, cardstock and embellishments.
You will need to book in for these sessions. Cost is $1 per hour to cover the use of tools & inks.
Please ring the shop to book a time.
Book Of Me
Who else can tell our story better than ourselves? This is a monthly class where we will create a double 9x9’ or 12x12' page telling the story of ourselves. We will be working on a new topic each month and you will have a full month to prepare for the next topic.
Nat will be running this class.
Steph's Scraplift
Steph has created some beautiful pages and this class allows you to pick and choose which one Steph will teach you! Please contact the staff to find out which layouts will be available for this class.
Ancestry
If you want to do your ancestry and history then join us and create a beautiful 12”x12” album. This class will be held each month.
Jane's Graphic 45 Page
Join Jane to create one of her Graphic 45 Design Team projects.
Nat's Sketch Class
Have you ever worked off a sketch? This is a great way to create a page with out all the fuss of what goes where. Natalie will provide you with 3 different designs each month and assist in guiding you in choosing papers to compliment your photos.
You do need to bring photos to each class and check the blog or ring the shop for size requirements.
A great class for Beginners.
Blossomwood
We will be doing a double layout each month, using a lovely range from K&Company. Create a beautiful12”x12” album.
Family Album
In this class we will be creating a family album from K&Company. This class uses the Nature pad from K& Company, Jane creates the layouts.
Classes are the 3rd Wednesday of the month and the following Thursday night. Check the class schedule to confirm times and ring the shop if you would like to book a spot.
Websters Pages
Steph shares one of her Webster's Pages Design Team Pages with you,so you can create it for your own album
Cuttlebug / Big Shot Class
Who has a Cuttlebug or a Big Shot but just does not use it enough?
This monthly class held on a Saturday where you will create a project using your die cutting machine! Bring it with you to each class & all your accessories & learn to create something different each month!
Scrappin The Boys
Come and create a page especially aimed at the little man in your life or the perhaps the big man! Boys and Men can be difficult to scrap but Nat designs a single or double page that will take all the hard work out of it for you!
This class is held on a Thursday evening early in each month
Scrapping The Girls
Come and create a gorgeous girly page. Each month Nat creates a great singe or double page ideal for featuring our little princess' or perhaps ourselves!
